Contributed to the expansion of Yas Water World, a premier water park in Abu Dhabi, featuring new slides, lagoons, rides, and themed structures. Scope included demolition, masonry, waterproofing, cladding, finishes, woodworks, and FF&E installation.

YAS Water World Expansion – Phase 2, YAS ISLAND, ABU DHABI

Participated in the expansion of Yas Water World, enhancing the park with new rides, water features, dining areas, and themed attractions. Scope covered demolition, masonry, waterproofing, cladding, interior finishes, woodworks, and FF&E execution.

FERRARI WORLD E-SPORTS ARENA, YAS ISLAND, ABU DHABI

Led the transformation of Ferrari World’s Scuderia Challenge into a cutting-edge E-Sports Arena, overseeing design development, coordination, and full construction execution. Scope included architecture, interiors, MEP, AV systems, simulators, specialist lighting, and turnkey delivery of all finishes, signage, and media components.

MOBILITY PAVILION, EXPO 2020, DUBAI

IDC executed the Ceilings, Partitions, and Painting package for the Mobility Pavilion at Expo 2020, including installation of fire-rated, acoustic, and moisture-resistant gypsum systems. Scope covered bulkheads, trims, insulation, access panels, and full compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) requirements.

CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION CENTER CAMPUS, EXPO 2020, DUBAI

IDC was responsible for the complete supply and installation of gypsum and metal ceilings, partitions, and associated works at the 45,000 m² CoEx Campus, Dubai Expo 2020. The scope included fire and acoustic rated systems, vapor barriers, trims, insulation, and full compliance with DM and DCD standards.

JUMEIRAH GATE – THE ADDRESS HOTEL & RESIDENCES, JUMEIRAH BEACH, DUBAI

Executed the supply and installation of false ceilings, partitions, and final paint finish across the Residential Tower of The Address Jumeirah Gate in Dubai. Scope also included thermal and acoustic soffit insulation throughout basement carparks of this iconic 77-story beachfront twin-tower development.

SKY VENTURE (NEW ENTRANCE MARQUEE AT CLYMB, YAS ISLAND, ABU DHABI

Executed the detailed design, engineering, manufacture, supply, and installation of the Entrance Marquee works for CLYMB Abu Dhabi, a premier indoor adventure destination. The facility features the world’s largest indoor skydiving chamber and the region’s tallest indoor climbing wall, setting global records in adventure sports.

KSA PAVILION, EXPO CITY, DUBAI

Delivered engineering, coordination, and installation of gypsum false ceilings and partitions for the 13,059 sqm Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai. Showcasing Saudi’s people, nature, heritage, and future, the LEED Platinum Certified pavilion featured immersive, artist-led experiences and innovative day-to-night transformations.

ADNOC GROUP SERVICES HUB, AL DHAFRAH, ABU DHABI

Executed interior works for a 55,000+ m² Industrial Services Hub featuring warehouses, a lab, and sample library. Scope included supply and installation of FR & Non-FR suspended ceilings and gypsum wall partitions per project specifications.

CENTRE OF CURIOSITY, SAADIYAT ISLAND, ABU DHABI

Delivered the full fit-out works for the Centre of Curiosity on Saadiyat Island, a cutting-edge digital exhibit space blending art, nature, and immersive technology. Scope included design, engineering, BIM coordination, and execution of structural steel, finishes, partitions, theming, and exhibit integration elements.

The Address Jumeirah Gate is a twin 77-story tower in JBR, featuring a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, and residences, with the world’s tallest infinity rooftop pool. IDC’s scope includes the supply and installation of false ceilings, partitions, final paint finishes, and thermal & acoustic soffit insulation

ONE ZA’ABEEL, DUBAI

Delivered specialized ceiling and partition works for One Za’abeel, a landmark mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces in central Dubai. Scope included installation of gypsum, metal, acoustic, and decorative ceilings, partitions, insulation, bulkheads, access panels, and advanced suspension systems.

SEAWORLD, YAS ISLAND, ABU DHABI

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is the UAE’s first marine life theme park, featuring six themed zones, over 100 animal experiences, and 35 interactive attractions. IDC’s scope includes specialty ceilings, partitions, acoustic wall linings, insulation, and painting works across the main and external buildings.

Healthpoint Hospital

Healthpoint Hospital is a multi-specialty healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, housing advanced medical centers and diagnostic services. IDC’s scope included drywall partitions, lead lining, and various suspended ceilings, including acoustic, fire-rated, and external ceilings, contributing to the LEED Silver-certified project.

SHEIKH SHAKHBOUT MEDICAL CITY

The new Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (formerly Al Mafraq Hospital) is a 6oo$m (2.2b UAE Dirhams) project located in Al Mafraq, Abu Dhabi. Upon completion, the -739bed general hospital will be one of the leading trauma/surgery hospitals in the area.
