CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION CENTER CAMPUS, EXPO 2020, DUBAI

Conference and Exhibition Centre known as the CoEx Campus is a development of M/s Dubai World Trade Centre LLC at Dubai EXPO 2020, providing major support and venue infrastructure for the Dubai Expo 2020.

The exhibition centre offers a flexible and configurable space to accommodate all types of conferences, exhibitions and entertainment events, adjacent to EXPO 2020 metro link, which connects to the entire city.

It includes spaces with configurable halls to host events of all sizes and VIP meeting rooms (14 nos of meeting rooms with the latest technologies, high end finished Majilis to Host VVIP meetings from different parts of the World, F&B outlets for the Exhibition Halls, a well-designed Security Room and Command Centre to monitor and control the Dubai Exhibition Centre and an Arrival Plaza – a place which welcomes the world to the EXPO 2020). The centre has a total area of 45,000 m2.

IDC’s scope of work extended to the installation of gypsum/metal ceilings and supply/installation of gypsum partition works (regular, moisture resistant, fire rated & acoustic rated boards as required). The scope also includes joints, vapor barrier, access panels, edge and angle trims, fire barriers, fire and acoustic insulation, forming of openings & secondary supporting system.

IDC scope also includes the compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) requirements to successfully complete the full scope of work.
