One Za’abeel is a landmark development in central Dubai, featuring residential and commercial towers connected by The Link, the world’s longest cantilevered building. IDC’s scope includes gypsum, metal, acoustic ceilings, partitions, insulation, and specialized interior finishes.

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is the UAE’s first marine life theme park, featuring six themed zones, over 100 animal experiences, and 35 interactive attractions. IDC’s scope includes specialty ceilings, partitions, acoustic wall linings, insulation, and painting works across the main and external buildings.

Healthpoint Hospital is a multi-specialty healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, housing advanced medical centers and diagnostic services. IDC’s scope included drywall partitions, lead lining, and various suspended ceilings, including acoustic, fire-rated, and external ceilings, contributing to the LEED Silver-certified project.
